Original Plain Goat Cheese

Plain Chèvre is our classic goat’s milk cheese that is bright white and slightly acidic. It is made with local Ontario Milk, Sea Salt, and Animal Free Rennet. Our Original is certified Kosher and Halal.

Application:Pasta Dishes, Stuff Chicken, Sprinkle on Pizza

IQF Plain Goat Cheese

We Instantly Quick Freeze (IQF) our Original Chèvre keeping intact the bright white and slightly acidic flavour. Made with local Ontario Milk, Sea Salt, and Animal Free Rennet. Our Original is certified Kosher and Halal. We offer multiple moistures and sizes in our IQF line. Great for pizza, entrees or appetizer manufacturers looking to upscale their offering.

Goat Cheese Crumble starts out as fresh chèvre logs that are temperature tempered to achieve our unique clean crumble; there are fewer fine particles and more large crumbles to enhance any dish.
